Spreadsheet of Signups
How do I download my signups? How do I export attendees to a spreadsheet? Can I get a CSV of who signed up? How do I export player emails and phone numbers? How do I get my signups into Excel or Google Sheets? What columns are in the signup export?
You can download a CSV spreadsheet of all of a session's signups — useful for importing into Excel or Google Sheets, mail-merges, or your own records.
How to download the spreadsheet
How do I download the signup spreadsheet? Where is the Download CSV button? How do I export my session's signups? How do I save my attendees as a file?
- Open the session and click View Attendees.
- In the Signups window, click Download CSV (below the attendee list).
The file downloads automatically to your computer or device.
Copy your attendees' email addresses
How do I get my attendees' email addresses? How do I copy player emails? How do I email everyone who signed up? How do I get a list of emails to message my players? How do I access my signups' contact info? Where is the Copy Emails button?
If you just want to email your players (rather than download a whole spreadsheet), use Copy Emails, the button next to Download CSV in the Signups window. It copies every signup's email address to your clipboard, so you can paste them into the BCC line of an email.
You can also message attendees from inside DailyPB without copying anything: see Email a User to message one player, or the session's built-in text messaging to text the group. Copy Emails and Download CSV also appear on your groups and interest lists for reaching those audiences.
What's in the spreadsheet
What columns are in the signup CSV? What fields does the export include? Does the spreadsheet show who paid? Does it include phone numbers and ratings? Are custom question answers in the export?
Each signup is one row. The columns are:
| Column | Notes |
|---|---|
| Name | |
| Phone | |
| Paid | Yes / No |
| Paid Order | |
| Invited By | If applicable |
| Signup Date | |
| Rating | Blank if the player doesn't have one |
| Skill Level | Blank if the player doesn't have one |
| Message to Host | If the player included one |
| Custom field columns | One column per custom question, shown only when there's an answer to include |
Rating and Skill Level columns are included, but a player who doesn't have one shows up blank in that cell. Custom field columns appear only when a custom question actually has data; an empty custom field is just blank.
