It depends on whether you're creating a one-off Session (or Event) or a recurring Session.

One-Off Sessions

How far ahead can I schedule a single session? What's the date limit for a one-off session? How many months in advance can I create a standalone session? Is there a max date for a one-time event?

For a single, standalone Session, hosts can schedule up to four months in advance.

Recurring Sessions

How far out do recurring sessions go? Is there a limit on recurring sessions? How far ahead does a repeating session schedule? Do I have to keep recreating recurring sessions? How many recurring sessions are generated at a time?

For recurring Sessions set to repeat indefinitely, there is no scheduling limit. DailyPB lists out six months of sessions at a time and refreshes every five months — picking up from the most recent session in the current window and generating another six months — so your schedule stays populated without any action needed on your part.
